    How can I cancel my order?

    Log in to your account and click on the order section. There you will see a list of the orders you have placed. In those where it is still possible to cancel, there is a «Cancel» button.

     

    How can I change my order?

    It is not possible to change an order automatically after it has been placed.

     

    Can I change the address of my order?

    At this time it is not possible to make a change of address on an order placed. If you wish to change it, please contact our Customer Service and we will help you.

     

    I haven’t received the order confirmation email. What should I do?

    The order confirmation emails are sent automatically after the payment confirmation. If the payment has been made correctly, please wait a few minutes in case the network is saturated, or check that your mailbox is not full and does not allow any more messages to be received. Also check your SPAM folder.

    If you have not received the mail there may have been a problem with the payment. You can check the status of your order in the order section of your OLAND.com account and pay again.

    If none of these options work, please contact Customer Service and we will help you.

     

    I received an order with wrong products or no product at all. What can I do?

    Contact our Customer Service and we will help you to send the missing product and make the return at no cost to you.

     

    I made a purchase on the Oland website and received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

    Contact our Customer Service and we will help you exchange it for another one in perfect condition at no cost to you.

     

    How can I place an order?

    Making a purchase at Oland.com is very simple:

    First, find the products on the Oland.com website and add them to the cart. Choose your payment method and enter your account or continue as a guest.

    Enter the shipping address.

    Enter the payment details and confirm the order and that’s it! Your package will arrive within the established period.

     

    How can I make a return?

    Spain: OLAND products can only be returned within the first 15 days after the order is received and as long as the product is unopened and perfectly closed. To make a return please send us an email to info@olandcosmetics.com and from our head office we will be able to:

    Send you a printable return label so that you can return it to any nearby post office.
    Organize the collection of the order at the time you need.

    When will I be reimbursed?

    Within 2-3 days after we receive the returned order in our warehouse.

     

    The package I received seems to have been tampered with. What can I do?

    If the package you received appears to be damaged or altered, please contact our Customer Service and we will help you.

     

    Can I return a product purchased from the online store to an OLAND physical store?

    It is not possible at this time to return items purchased at Oland.com to other offline retail locations.
