Covid-19

At OLAND we are aware of the current Covid-19 situation, that’s why we have established a modification in our delivery operations to guarantee the safety of our customers and delivery staff. Following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) our shipments follow a three-level safety protocol:

Warehouse Covid-19 situation

At OLAND we care about the staff health, and, for this reason, the temperature is taken at the beginning and end of each shift. The staff works with approved gloves and masks in separate areas. All work materials and tables are disinfected daily.

Delivery Staff

The shipment will be deposited at the customer’s door, the delivery person will call and take the maximum distance possible, at least 1m. In addition, we distribute disposable gloves to avoid contact with doorbells, lifts, etc…

Customer

It will no longer be necessary to sign in at the delivery person terminal, it will be enough to indicate the ID card number due to the Covid-19 situation.
