How do I use the discount codes on the OLAND website?
During the purchase process, at the time of payment.
The website doesn’t recognize the promotional code. Why?
Each code has specific conditions of use: period of validity, minimum order, products to which it can be applied, etc. If the system does not recognize the code you have entered, it may not meet the criteria of the promotion. First of all, make sure you have entered the characters correctly (be careful not to confuse the zero with the letter «o» for example, or the one with the letter «l». Some coupons are linked to an email adress, make sure to enter it before the code so that the promotion will be applied. If you think it meets the criteria and you have entered it correctly, contact our Customer Service and we will help you.
Do discounts apply to shipping costs?
Promotional codes are calculated only on the amount of the products. Shipping costs do not have discounts beyond our free shipping cost promotion with a minimum order of 60€ (only valid in peninsular Spain).

Oland.com uses the Stripe payment gateway, which allows you to use any credit, debit or prepaid card as well as mobile payment methods such as BIZUM, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
All payment methods used at OLAND are safe and secure. We transmit data via SSL in an encrypted manner and the data is entered via the Stripe gateway with maximum security.
Can I make payments by transfer or cash on delivery on the OLAND website?
At the moment these forms of payment are not allowed on our website.
