How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with an identification number. You will also receive another email with a tracking number once you leave our warehouse so that you can check the status of your order at all times.

My order is delayed, what can I do?
If your shipment is delayed please send an email to email@example.com and our customer service team will help you with the management.
How much does it cost to ship?
OLAND’s shipping costs depend on volume, weight and the country in which you want to receive it. During the purchase process we will inform you about the specific shipping costs of your order. However, please remember that if you buy more than 60 Euros, shipping costs at OLAND are free. Check the conditions of the free shipping promotion..
To which countries do you ship?
We currently ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic.
If your country is not on this list, don’t worry. We are working on expanding our shipping network and OLAND products will soon be available.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
We are working so that soon you can enjoy OLAND also in the Canary Islands.
When will I receive my package?
The delivery time is calculated by adding the order preparation time and the shipping time. If you place your order from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, we will normally send it the same day or, if you place your order in the afternoon, the next day. If you place an order over the weekend, it will be sent the following Monday.
The delivery time depends on where you want to receive your order:
Balearic Islands: 48h
Europe: 2 to 5 días
Please also note that sometimes delivery times may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions, strikes, etc.
